Cancellation & Refunds

In short: you can request cancellation of a paid subscription 30 days after it is activated. The stand is a personalised product printed with your code: you get a full refund if you cancel before printing starts, but it cannot be returned once printed — except for manufacturing defects.
1. Cancelling a subscription
- You may request cancellation of a paid subscription (such as the Business plan) once 30 days have passed since it was activated, from the “Plan” page in your dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Once cancellation is confirmed, your paid subscription ends and your page returns to the Free plan. Business add-ons are hidden, and your data is kept until you subscribe again or delete your account.
- Our support team will contact you to complete the cancellation and settle any amounts due based on the status of your subscription.
- The Free plan has no fees, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
- Subscription fees are not refundable if an account is suspended for breaching our Terms of Service.
2. Stand orders
- Before printing starts: you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- After printing starts: the order cannot be cancelled and the stand cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is a personalised product printed with a code unique to you.
- Manufacturing defects or damage in transit: we will replace the stand free of charge if you notify us within 14 days of delivery, with photos showing the issue.
- Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
- The one-year Business plan included with the stand is part of the product and is not refundable separately.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid using the original payment method (Vodafone Cash) within 7 business days of approval.
4. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including applicable consumer protection legislation. If there is any inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version prevails.
