Privacy Policy

At Yusheer, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, username, email address, mobile number (optional) and password, which is stored using one-way encryption and cannot be recovered.
• Page content: whatever you choose to publish — photo, bio, links, social accounts, contact numbers and payment links. This content is public and visible to anyone who visits your page.
• Visitor reviews: the name, rating and comment a visitor submits on a page. Published reviews are public; we also store a hashed version of the visitor’s IP address to prevent spam and abuse.
• Payment and order data: transfer reference, receipt image and shipping details (name, phone and address). Receipt images are stored in a private area accessible only to our admin team.
• Aggregated statistics: daily counts of visits, clicks and QR scans, without storing any personal data about your page visitors.
• Technical data: we use a hashed (one-way encrypted) form of your IP address solely to protect the platform against attacks, repeated attempts and fake reports.

2. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: your login session, your dark-mode preference, and a short-lived cookie that prevents a single visit from being counted more than once. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the service, display your page and manage your subscription.
• To process and ship stand orders.
• To contact you about your account, subscription or order.
• To review pages for search engine indexing and to moderate visitor reviews.
• To protect the platform, investigate reports and prevent misuse.

4. Sharing your data

We never sell or rent your data. We share only the minimum necessary with our shipping partner to deliver your order (name, phone and address), or with the competent authorities where required by law.

5. Data security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing and protection against common attacks, and we restrict access to sensitive data to our admin team.

6. Your rights

• Edit your details or page content at any time from your dashboard.
• Hide your page from search engines or unpublish it.
• Permanently delete your account from the “Account” page, which also deletes your page content, images and statistics. We may retain payment and order records for as long as the law requires.

7. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. If there is any inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version prevails.
