Terms of Service

Welcome to Yusheer (yusheer.com). By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• Platform: the Yusheer website and all of its services and dashboards.
• User: anyone who creates an account on the platform.
• Page: the user’s public profile page at yusheer.com/u/username.
• Free plan: the no-cost plan available to every user, with the features listed on the Pricing page.
• Business plan: the paid annual plan that unlocks additional add-ons and removes Yusheer branding.
• Stand: the physical product printed with a unique QR code that leads to the user’s page.
• Reviews: ratings and comments submitted by visitors to a user’s page.

2. Your account

• The information you provide when signing up must be accurate and kept up to date. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You may be required to verify your email address before your page becomes publicly visible.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You may not use a username that impersonates a person, brand or official body. We reserve the right to change or suspend any username that breaches this rule.

3. Plans and pricing

• The Free plan is available at no cost and with no time limit. Free pages display a small Yusheer badge.
• Paid plans currently available: the Business plan at EGP 365 per year. The applicable prices are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
• A paid subscription is activated once we have confirmed receipt of payment. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
• When a Business subscription ends, your page automatically moves to the Free plan and remains live. Business add-ons are hidden, but their content is kept so it can be restored when you renew.
• We may change our prices in the future. Price changes do not affect subscriptions already paid for before the change is announced.

4. Page visibility and search engine indexing

• Business plan pages may be indexed by search engines as soon as they are published.
• Free plan pages are not indexed by search engines until the page is complete (including a photo, a bio and a minimum number of links or social accounts) and has been reviewed and approved by our team. Free pages remain accessible to anyone who has the link or scans the code during this time.
• We may decline or withdraw indexing for pages that are incomplete, low in quality or in breach of these Terms.
• You can turn off search engine indexing for your page at any time from your dashboard.

5. Visitor reviews

• Visitors may leave reviews on user pages. Every review is checked by our moderation team before it is published.
• We only remove reviews that contain abusive, offensive or defamatory content, spam, other people’s personal data, or unlawful material. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative, and page owners cannot delete genuine reviews.
• A page owner may ask us to re-examine a published review they believe breaches this policy; we will review it against the same criteria.
• Each visitor is solely responsible for the content of their review. Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not those of Yusheer.

6. The stand

• The stand costs EGP 499 and includes a one-year Business plan subscription starting from the date the stand is linked to the user’s account.
• Shipping costs are paid by the customer and vary by governorate.
• The stand is a personalised product printed with a code unique to the customer. Cancellations and returns are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

7. Acceptable use

You are fully responsible for the content and links you publish on your page. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent or phishing links, or any attempt to obtain other people’s data or money unlawfully.
• Impersonating any person, brand, government body or financial institution.
• Pornographic, violent or abusive content, or content that incites hatred.
• Promoting gambling, drugs or any illegal products or services.
• Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, spam, or misleading advertising.

We reserve the right to suspend any page, remove any content or suspend any account without prior notice if these Terms are breached or we receive substantiated reports. In such cases, subscription fees are not refundable. Any visitor can report a page using the “Report this page” link at the bottom of it.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload, and you grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to display it on your page for the purpose of providing the service. All rights in the platform’s design, logo and software are reserved by Yusheer.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make every reasonable effort to keep it running without interruption but cannot guarantee that it will be entirely free of faults. Yusheer is not responsible for any dealings between users and their page visitors, or for the content of external websites that users link to.

10. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a paid subscription 30 days after it has been activated, in accordance with our Cancellation & Refunds policy. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the “Account” page.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after an update is published means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If there is any inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version prevails.
